Vice President
Ms. Gauthier joined Thayer in 1996 as a Corporate Controller. After four years, she was promoted to Vice President and Asset Manager with oversight responsibility for a portfolio of eight hotels. Ms. Gauthier facilitated the sale of that portfolio in 2005, and subsequently transferred to the acquisitions team as Vice President. Prior to joining Thayer, she served as Senior Accountant for Thayer´s independent auditors in the real estate group.
Ms. Gauthier received a B.S. from Mary Washington College (summa cum laude) and received an M.B.A. from Loyola College. Ms. Gauthier is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Hospitality Asset Managers Association.
