Vice President
Mr. Dabney is responsible for finance and investor relations. He also responsible for debt placement, arranging loans totaling approximately $700 million. Mr. Dabney has more than 15 years of experience in real estate finance and accounting. Prior to joining Thayer in 2001, Mr. Dabney maintained accounting leadership positions at Town & Country Trust, a publicly traded multi-family apartment REIT, and a regional commercial office ownership group. Additionally, he served as an audit manager at Ernst & Young for five years, focusing on REIT and SEC registrant clients.
He received a B.A. in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University and a M.S. in Financial Management from the University of Maryland. Mr. Dabney is a Certified Public Accountant.
